Thai Yoga Massage is a blend of Shiatsu, Acupressure and Yoga. Palming and thumbing are used along pressure points and energy lines as well as taking you through yoga postures and stretches.
This treatment is done on a mat on the floor. Both the therapist and client are dressed in comfortable clothing allowing ease of movement and flexibility. Yoga pants and and t-shirt are recommended.
