| Shawna Coke, RMT |
| Shawna graduated from Sutherland - Chan School for Massage
Therapy in Toronto in 1991. She has worked in Grimsby
in association with a Chiropractor for 8 years and has
now moved her practice to Beamsville. Shawna also has
training in Aromatherapy, Reiki, Myofascial Release and
is a Hot Stone Massage instructor. |

| Nancy Smith CR. |
Nancy received her Reflexology certification from the
Reflexology Association of Canada in 1998. She worked
in a Chiropractic Clinic in Vineland for 1 year before
coming to Hands for Better Health in 2000. Nancy is also
certified in ear reflexology, aromatherapy and ear candling.
She has level 3 Therapeutic touch and additional training
in Accupressure, Shiatsu and Hot Stone Massage.

| Erin Riseing, B.A., N.D. |
| Erin completed her undergraduate degree in cultural
anthropology in 1999. Before embarking on her naturopathic
career, she worked primarily with children and youth.
She then decided to become a Naturopathic Doctor, completing
a rigorous 4-year program at the Canadian College of Naturopathic
Medicine. Erin is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor, who
has been in practice since 2007.

| Natasha Clarke, RMT |
| Natasha graduated from Canadian Therapeutic College
in Burlington for Massage Therapy and Hydrotherapy in
2002. She also has additional training in Hot Stone
Massage and Soft Tissue Release. Natasha has been with
“Hands For Better Health” since 2005 and
enjoys working in her hometown of Beamsville.

Julie Thiessen, RMT |
Julie graduated from the Canadian College of Massage
and Hydrotherapy in Toronto. Most recently, she owned
a Massage Therapy practice in Toronto for 6 years. A slower
pace of life and motherhood has called Julie and her family
to Vineland. She joined our team in September and is excited
to build a practice here in Beamsville. Julie also has
additional training in Pregnancy Massage, Infant Massage
and Labour Support.

Deborah Willston, RMT |
|
Deborah graduated from Canadian College of Massage
& Hydrotherapy in 2007. She joined the team at Hands
for Better Health in November 2009. Deborah has training
in Soft Tissue Release and looks forward to adding Pregnancy
Massage, Myofascial Release & Hot Stone Massage
to her practice.
