Shawna Coke, RMT

Shawna graduated from Sutherland – Chan School in 1991. Since this time she had the experience of working in different private clinics covering maternity leaves and then working in a chiropractic clinic for 8 years. In 2000 Shawna opened Hands For Better Health and loves working along side her fellow colleagues and complimentary therapies.  She feels this multidisciplinary clinic gives her clients the best possible opportunity to improve their health and well being.  She enjoys working every day in this warm, inviting and happy environment. Shawna also has training in Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Release, Aromatherapy, Kinesiology Taping, Warm Bamboo Massage and Hot Stone Massage.

Amber Huinink, RMT

Amber is a Registered Massage Therapist and Personal Trainer who also has a knowledge base in nutrition.  She graduated from Mohawk College in 2019 and since then has worked at two different massage clinics in Burlington and now full time in Beamsville.  She is passionate about helping clients through her knowledge and skill to the best of her ability. She works diligently with each client to learn and understand the care needed for treatment. Amber has experience treating everything from chronic conditions to sports injuries and uses many treatment techniques to work accordingly including: Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point and Myofascial techniques. She is excited to further expand her knowledge and experience here at Hands for Better Health.

Laurette Lachance, RMT

Laurette is the newest member to the Hands For Better Health team. She graduated from the Canadian Therapeutic College in Burlington. She joins us with her 14 years experience in both clinical and spa settings. So whether you are looking for pain relief or just to relax, Laurette is here to fill your needs.

Ashleigh Syne, RMT

Ashleigh Syne RMT, RYT, BBA, became registered as a Massage Therapist in 2017 after graduating from The Ontario College of Health and Technology. Since then she furthered her education in both yoga and other modalities including Myofascial Release, Cupping, Hot Stone Massage, Trigger Point Therapy and Soft Tissue Release. It is her intention to work with her clients to address the source of their discomfort and to aid in their healing: employing the skills and knowledge that she is continuing to develop. From assessment to treatment, Ashleigh is dedicated to working with clients to create a plan to achieve their wellness goals and restore balance. She is excited to work with the team at Hands For Better Health and you on your wellness journey.

Brannon Mosca, RMT

Brannon is an RMT and one of the first graduates from Mohawk College, Massage Therapy in Hamilton. Over years of practice he has found himself working with 2 clinics and running a small business on his own. Working with a number of professional teams and contracting to the steroid testing authority of Canada, Brannon brings a strong clinical background to his work. Brannon’s goal is to share his knowledge with clients and educate them on how to best meet their desired health outcomes where ever possible.
