Celebrating 20 Years!!! NOV 2020

Time flies when you’re having fun! Hands For Better Health is celebrating 20 years! Thank you to all our wonderful clients who have supported us over the years, and it’s been such a privilege and honor to be your Massage Therapist. To celebrate this milestone, we did a fund raiser for Community Care Of West Niagara and are so pleased to announce that we raised $1000.00. Our clients are awesome! Thank you to our small local businesses who also donated to help with our successful Fund Raiser. Maggie’s Pet Boutique, Pizza Central, All the Fizz, Tropical Temptations Kona Coffee and Adelle’s Hair Studio.
Nancy Smith & Heather Hicks JUNE 2020

We have 2 very lovely therapists who are making changes in their lives. Nancy Smith, RCRT has been with HFBH since its inception in 2000. She is our very lovely, talented and caring Reflexologist who has decided the time has come for her to retire. If you know Nancy, you know she loves her birding and she is very excited to be able to spend more time in nature and searching out those birds. She is also very happy to be able to spend more time with her family, especially her favourite granddaughter Kenley! Thank you Nancy for being such a big part of HFBH and making each of my work days here with you such a pleasure. I have been truly lucky to have you here, and I’m going to miss you!

Heather Hicks joined HFBH in August 2018 and is now moving to London, ON, where she and her partner will pursue their careers. Heather’s bright and positive outlook on life and clinical awareness will help her go far! We have the utmost respect for her and know without a doubt she will be very successful in all she does.
We are losing 2 special ladies who will be missed dearly. We wish you the best of luck, love and happiness in your new endeavours.
Warm Bamboo Massage MARCH 2019
Heated bamboo sticks are used to warm the tissues, and prepare them for deep tissue massage. The treatment involves using the sticks to roll and knead the muscles in combination with Swedish Massage. The warmth from the bamboo gives a deep sense of relaxation, reduces muscle tension and pain, and increases blood and lymph circulation. We can easily incorporate this into your regular Massage Therapy treatment.
