Our Massage Therapy Clinic is a relaxed therapeutic space where you can take care of your body, mind and spirit. We are experienced to help you with your many ailments including sports injuries, sprains and sprains, issues related to pregnancy, whiplash, headaches and stress.
What Should I Expect On My First Visit?
On your first visit you will be asked to fill out a confidential health history form which will help your therapist form your assessment and treatment plan. Massage Therapy should take place in an atmosphere of safety and confidence. You will be asked to undress for therapy but only to your comfort level. Your comfort and welfare are respected at all times. You will be covered at all times except for the area that the therapist is working on.
How Do I Pay for Massage Therapy?
We offer direct billing for Massage Therapy services to your insurance company. We also accept Mastercard, Visa, Debit, cash and cheque. Massage Therapy is not covered by OHIP, but is covered by most extended health care plans. Be sure to check your plan. Many companies require a referral from your physician. Please be aware that Massage Therapy is ONLY covered when provided by a Registered Massage Therapist.
COVID 19 Protocols
Additional screening is necessary before each appointment. Pre-screening questions are sent and to be completed with EACH DAY BEFORE REMINDER. You will also be screened on the arrival of your appointment.
Please arrive only 5 minutes before your appointment time and alone.
Currently, you and your therapist are NOT required to wear face masks in the clinic or during treatment. If you would like to wear your mask or have your therapist wear their mask, please let us know!
Hand sanitizer is at the front door and to be used before entering.
Each treatment room is cleaned and disinfected after each client, along with common surfaces of the clinic.
